If you are a veteran or first responder living with PTSD, complete the form below to request an application and take the first step toward participating in our pilot study.
Please Note: Our pilot study will take place in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. If you live outside the area, we still encourage you to apply and join our waitlist. Your application helps us identify where services are needed and where we should begin building networks of trained clinicians as we work to expand beyond the pilot study.

Changing the future of PTSD care will take more than one person. It will take a community of people willing to contribute their time, expertise, relationships, and voices. Healthcare providers can sign-up for free training once the pilot study concludes.
